By accessing or using movingsale.ie ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

movingsale.ie is an online platform that connects people who are moving house ("Sellers") with people interested in purchasing their belongings ("Buyers"). The Platform provides a venue for listing and discovering items for sale — it does not participate in any transaction between Sellers and Buyers.

3. No Responsibility for Goods

movingsale.ie is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, defective, or misrepresented goods listed on the Platform. All transactions are conducted directly between Sellers and Buyers. The Platform is solely a connection service and does not inspect, verify, guarantee, or insure any items listed.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of their listings, descriptions, and photographs.
• Arranging collection, delivery, and payment directly with the other party.
• Complying with all applicable local laws regarding the sale of goods.
• Maintaining the security of their account credentials.

5. Prohibited Content

Users must not list items that are illegal to sell, counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise prohibited by law. movingsale.ie reserves the right to remove any listing and suspend any account at its sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, movingsale.ie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform or any transaction between users.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
